PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated: 03.10.2026
1. Who is responsible
This privacy policy applies to liubov-nosova.com, the official website of conductor Liubov Nosova. The person responsible for the processing of personal data on this website (the controller) is Liubov Nosova, Kaiser Friedrich Straße 2a, 10585 Berlin, Germany, e-mail: nosovalv93@gmail.com.
The website has no shop, no user accounts, no newsletter and no advertising. We do not sell or rent personal data and do not use it for profiling.
2. Visiting the website
When you open a page, your browser sends technical data to the server: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the address of the page, the page you came from, your browser and operating system. The hosting provider, Beget LLC (Russia), stores this data in server logs for a limited time to deliver the website and protect it from attacks.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
3. Contact form and e-mail
If you write to us through the contact form, we receive your name, your e-mail address and your message. The form sends them as an e-mail to our mailbox at Mail.ru (VK, Russia). If you write to us by e-mail directly, we receive your e-mail address and everything you include in the message.
We use this data only to answer your inquiry and keep the correspondence for as long as it is needed for that, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in answering inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Inquiries about engagements can also be sent to Askonas Holt, Liubov Nosova’s general management. Their own privacy policy applies to that correspondence.
4. Cookies
The website itself sets only two cookies, t_cookiesConsentGiven and t_cookiesCategories. They remember your choice in the cookie banner so that it is not shown again, and are stored for one year. The website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
You can delete cookies or block them at any time in your browser settings.
5. Embedded videos
Some pages show videos from YouTube (Google Ireland Limited, Ireland) and Vimeo (Vimeo.com, Inc., USA). When such a page loads, your browser connects to the servers of these services: they receive your IP address and may set their own cookies. When you play a video, their own privacy policies apply: policies.google.com/privacy for YouTube and vimeo.com/privacy for Vimeo.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in presenting recordings of performances.
6. Links to other websites
The website links to concert venues, press articles, management and social networks. Once you follow such a link, the privacy policy of that website applies.
7. Processing outside the EU
Because of the services described above, your data may be processed outside the European Union, including in Russia and the United States. These countries may not offer the same level of data protection as the EU.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data (Art. 15), to have it corrected (Art. 16) or deleted (Art. 17), to restrict its processing (Art. 18), to receive it in a portable format (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.
To exercise these rights, write to nosovalv93@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
9. Children
The website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data about them.
10. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the website changes. The date of the latest version is shown at the top of this page.
